Rogue One: A Star Wars Story tells of the intelligence of the Rebel Alliance who carried out its mission to steal the Death Star blueprint, a planetary destroyer owned by the Galactic Empire. In his mission, Rebel’s troops led by Cassian Andor (Diego Luna) recruited Jyn Also (Felicity Jones) son of Galen Erso (Mads Mikkelsen) the designer of the Death Star. In terms of stories, Rogue One does not have a strong enough plot. The story is simple, with various fluctuations that can make the audience wonder about the continuation of their actions. Interestingly, this film still maintains the authenticity of the story in the previous Star Wars films and does not interfere with the timeline of stories that have been formed for a long time. The actors and actresses at Rogue One performed their roles perfectly. Strong characters can be felt in each scene, which is also helped by writing a script that matches each character. One of the interesting things in this film is the action of Donnie Yen as Chirrut Imwe who is mesmerizing with her battle choreography which is very exciting like a wise martial arts teacher. We can also feel a strong bond between Chirrut Imwe and Baze Malbus, his sidekick that always protects him wherever he goes. In addition, there is a new Android named K-2SO (Alan Tudyk) that entertains the audience with statistical skills and funny responses when interacting with humans.
