Why is mathematics a scourge for most people? Actually, the biggest problem lies precisely in the learning process of mathematics itself. There are many very basic processes that should be taught happily and thoroughly, it turns out that this is just passed. Most teachers use classical methods in learning mathematics with lecture models, examples of problem training and working on problems. Not infrequently also the attitude of teachers who are less open to students, dictatorship, serious disposition seems less friendly and less open to students.

Mathematics is one of the most important sciences in life. The use of mathematics is very important and close to aspects of life. Unwittingly, mathematics is used in their daily activities, although in numbers and operations it is very simple. For example, to calculate pocket money, calculate money to buy something, calculate savings and loans, and so on. So if there are students who want to avoid mathematics, it really cannot be done. Mathematics is very useful for everyone in everyday life, starting from traders, cashiers, technicians, and even beggars using mathematics to calculate income from their profession.
Many people still consider mathematics to be a difficult science. That is because students who have not accepted mathematics are voluntary or happy. This is where a teacher challenges to make mathematics learning acceptable, liked, and according to the basic competencies to be achieved. Mathematical learning is defined as the process of learning mathematics by students with teacher assistance/assistance. It is estimated that in mathematics learning, the main activities are carried out by students to study mathematics teaching materials in order to master the competencies that have been set.
Time management requires an adaptation process. The period of transition from high school habits to habits in lectures is quite difficult. Activities or activities are denser in lectures. However, with the passage of time and lessons that I gained through the Study Skills course, I learned to arrange each activity in a time table and make a priority scale.
One problem that is often faced by students is the difficulty in managing learning time. Someone who wants to achieve maximum learning outcomes is required to be good at managing time in learning. A lot of time is wasted because of the habit of chatting or relaxing. It is better to understand the textbooks that you have not understood.
In learning, students are required to concentrate fully or not divided. Without concentration, it is impossible for a student to succeed in mastering the lesson because concentrating means that students can focus their thoughts on a subject by conveying all things that are not related to the lesson.
God gave me the ability to manage the time available, but often it was me who was governed by time and I was usually less grateful for the time God gave. In Ephesians 5:16 and Colossians 4: 5 say “… make the most of your time …” When a day is just for a day, God reminds His children to use the best time possible. In Ecclesiastes 3: 1-15, teaches us that for everything there is a time. When there is planning that should be made so that no time is wasted (Chronos). And don’t forget that we take the time to come to God’s presence and give thanks.
Plan time in advance and work on these activities in accordance with the time planned, and work on each of our tasks in stages according to the priority scale set because the tasks that are stacked will feel heavier than the tasks that are paid in installments slowly. Managing time is not easy, especially if there are many activities or activities that must be done. I feel confused about how to manage time. The way to manage time at high school is different from when you were in college. When I entered the lecture level, I experienced difficulties in managing time. In fact, during high school, with many activities such as teaching and learning activities, organizations, committees, community, learning, homework, etc.
In this modern age, time is a very valuable thing. There is a saying that “Time is money.” The saying is very familiar to the listeners. However, the truth is, time is valuable. People do a job that spends time interpreting values, not just chasing money because time cannot be repeated. Therefore, time management is needed in carrying out daily activities and arranged in such a way with wisdom, effective and efficient.
