Well, The history of Rovio and Angry Birds Rovio originated from Relude, a startup company for game makers, which was founded in 2003 by three Helsinki University of Technology students, Finland, namely Mikael Hed, Jarno Väkeväinen, and Kim Dikert. They won the competition for making games sponsored by Nokia and HP. The game is titled King of the Cabbage World.
